•  Strong cash flow or potential for strong cash flow in near future

•  Underperforming with respect to efficiency of operations

•  Underperforming with respect to revenue generation as compared to the competitive set

Hands-On Approach to Management

Navnish works closely with hotel management to meet guest satisfaction and financial performance goals by supporting them with a high level of energy, leadership and commitment.   Navnish strongly believes that guest satisfaction is the key to profitability; as a result, we monitor very closely the condition of our hotels and the level of service that is provided to our guests.   Navnish has an intimate knowledge of each of its hotels and the communities that they serve through constant communication with hotel staff, multiple property visits and extensive reporting required of the hotel operations teams.

The principals of Navnish have approximately fifty years of combined experience in owning, developing and operating commercial properties (including retail, multi-family and office, in addition to lodging) throughout the United States.   This experience, together with a strong network of relationships in the hotel industry and professional work experience in finance, accounting, law, engineering and construction, provides our investment partners and hotel operations teams with unique resources for sourcing and structuring investment opportunities and managing hotel operations.
