Mark is Vice President of Design and Construction and brings over thirty years of construction and hospitality experience to Navnish.   In this role, Mark focuses on overseeing all aspects of planning, design and construction with respect to new development properties as well as renovations for existing properties, including reviewing and approving plans and specifications, procuring building permits, working with hotel franchise companies, developing scopes of work, negotiating contracts with general contractors and managing the overall construction process.   Prior to joining Navnish, Mark was Director of Construction with Integral Hospitality Solutions, LLC, a national hospitality development and management company and a Regional Director of Construction with CNL Hotels and Resorts, Inc., at the time the second largest hotel real estate investment trust in the United States.   Prior to CNL, Mark held positions in construction and property maintenance with various hotel and construction companies including RFS Hotel Investors, Inc. and the Guin Company Inc.
