Sheenal is a co-founder and Principal of Navnish.   In this role, Sheenal focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development and overseeing strategic partnerships.   Prior to co-founding Navnish, Sheenal was a Vice President with CharterMac/Related Capital Company, a real estate finance company.   While at Charter, Sheenal focused on debt products for multifamily housing projects and was responsible for leading Charter’s origination efforts in the Eastern Region of the United States.   Prior to joining Charter, Sheenal was a Financial Analyst in the Leveraged Finance/Investment Banking Group of CIBC World Markets where he focused on structuring and originating leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and venture capital transactions.   Additionally, Sheenal is also involved in the ownership and management of a number of commercial properties, including hotels, through various family-controlled partnerships.   Sheenal is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
