Vamsi is a co-founder and Principal of Navnish.   In this role, Vamsi focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development and overseeing strategic partnerships.   Prior to co-founding Navnish, Vamsi practiced corporate law with the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP. While at Kirkland, Vamsi focused his practice on private equity transactions that covered a wide range of matters including venture capital/growth equity investments, leveraged buyout transactions, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, various forms of debt financings and fund formation.   Prior to joining Kirkland, Vamsi practiced law with the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in the firm’s real estate group where he represented investment banks, commercial banks and institutional investors in the direct origination, purchase and refinancing of commercial mortgage financings and mezzanine financings for various types of commercial properties including hotels, office buildings and shopping centers.   Vamsi is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
